Students need to schedule a tutoring session for IN-CENTER as well as for ONLINE tutoring, at least 24 hours prior to the tutoring session. Students need to have the TUTORING SESSION REQUEST CONFIRMATION email when they come to the center. If necessary, you will be asked to show this email as proof of registration.
Scholar Tutorials reserves the right to count the session if the session is scheduled and the student does not show up.
Students registered twice in the same session will be counted twice since you are holding a tutoring spot that could otherwise be used by another student. Students and parents are advised to schedule the sessions responsibly and check their email inbox for the TUTORING SESSION REQUEST CONFIRMATION email.
Session Cancellation Request should be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the session. (Only in exceptional circumstances will the students be allowed to cancel their session.)
